My story

KORRA NEEDS A NEW HOME
KORRA is amazing!!! She is a pocket pity, small and compact, about 45 pounds, and she has an absolutely gorgeous shiny brindle coat, soulful eyes, and the sweetest personality!

She is about 5 years old, and has lived with two small dogs and one bigger dog and done great with them. She LOVES people of all sizes. Within minutes of meeting she was giving me kisses and wrapping me around her little paws!

Korra lost her home due to housing issues and her vet is temporarily boarding her. Recently a dog had to be euthanized at the vet and they brought Korra in to comfort and calm the dog in his last moments. The vet can only board her for a short time and Korra urgently needs a foster or forever home. She is sad and lonely at night when everyone goes home.

Korra is a sweet gentle soul. She is very affectionate and easy going. Korra will make an awesome family member!

Why adoption is a great option

KORRA, a Ojai American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Ojai, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Ojai.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ojai already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ojai breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ojai paves the way for another one to be saved.
