Hi, I’m Daisy, a 12-year-old pit bull mix with a white and gray coat. I’m a sweet and loving girl who enjoys snuggling and playing outside. I’m looking for a forever home where I can be your loyal companion and best friend.
I’m spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, and house/crate/leash trained. I’m good with children and other dogs if they are friendly and respectful. It does take me a moment to get to know the other dogs. It happens! I am good with cats if they are not near me when I’m eating my food…or trying to sneak theirs. My fosters just feed me in my crate so I can have a safe space during meals. I love to please my humans and get praised for being a good girl.
I love fruits and vegetables, especially blueberries, strawberries, apples, bananas, and pumpkin. I hate cabbage and broccoli, though, so don’t try to sneak them into my food. I love butt and neck scratches and side pats. I love snuggling up at your feet and being close to you. I love to please my humans and get praised for being a good girl. I did have a few cancerous tumors and some issues with my teeth. My rescue and foster family teamed up to help me with my teeth and has gotten rid of most of my cancer. We just need to watch out in case any more spots pop up.
I love to do zoomies both inside and out. I also LOVE squeaky toys and will even bounce on them to make them squeak. I do not like to go outside in the rain without a raincoat and booties on.
I’m currently being fostered in Maryville, TN, but I can be transported out of state for the right home.
