Queso is a sweet, fun-loving pup looking for her forever family. We expect that she will be medium/large when full grown. She has a very nice personality and loves the love. She was a bit nervous in the studio with all the lights, but she is a beautiful girl both inside and out.
She is spayed, current on vaccinations and has been living in a home environment. She is good with other dogs and ready for a home all her own. She is potty trained and uses a doggy door.

First step in our process is to submit an application through our website. They are reviewed and we contact those who could be a good match

Interview
Phone interview to get more information about you, your family and tell you more about the pup(s) you are interested in.

Approve Application
Once we approve an application, we set the status of the pup to "Adoption Pending" and schedule a home visit and meet and greet.

Home Check
We arrange a meet and greet and home visit if within distance. If all goes well we will finalize adoption at the end of this meeting.

Our adoption process starts with submitting an Adoption Application which can be found on our website at www.safehaventn.com. From there you will be contacted by one of our Adoption Coordinators. Our adoption donations are usually $150 for adult dogs and $200 - $300 for puppies - depending on the animal, breed, etc. We expect that our pets will live indoors, and will be adopted to families who have the desire to add another family member to their home. A vet reference is required.
