Are you looking for a happy dog that wants to run around and play? Wendell is an almost 7 month old, 27lb pup. His mom looks like an Australian Cattle dog and dad is unknown, he is listed as a hound on paperwork. He is petite and will be around 40lbs when full grown. He loves to play and to get petting. He is great with other dogs and kids (but may be too much energy for small ones right now). He is crate trained and working hard on his house training (almost perfect).

***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a socially distanced meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. ***
