Tux is brave, bold and a courageous handsome guy that owns the world. He gets a charge out of pouncing on kitty toys. Tux is quiet but can be sneaky. He has a soft spot for being near his human companion for pampering and petting. Tux's ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. He does well with cats but gains acceptance and approval after inspecting the bigger and older ones. Tux should be fine with a cat-friendly dog. He has a medium length coat with a tuxedo pattern and long white whiskers. As of August 2023, Tux is 4 months old.
Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
