My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snickers has had a rough life on the streets before she was rescued. She was abandoned and left all alone to survive all my herself. Thankfully we came across her and saved her! And she has been thriving in her foster home ever since. She's about 3-4 years old, loves to play and loves other cats.

Snickers thrives on having other cats around her. She is super playful and does well with having a consistent routine. She is super shy as well, but she opens up over time. She enjoys basking in the sun, sleeping in her bed or on the window sill, and staring at her foster mom while she eats. She also LOVES to be brushed! Though she may be a little shy at first, she will enjoy your company and request a good brushing.

More about this rescue

We are a group of girls who rescue homeless and stray animals in the most dangerous areas of NYC (predominately Harlem and upper Manhattan). We work diligently to place them into loving forever homes. We are passionate about our work and do all that we can to save as many lives as possible. Each animal is fully vetted, vaccinated, tested for FIV/Felv, spayed/neutered and microchipped before being placed in a foster or forever home. We make sure each cat is matched into the most suitable home for him/her.
