My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Logan: Professional Cuddle Monster and Squeaky Ball Connoisseur

If you’re looking for a dog who greets every day like it’s the best one ever, Logan is your guy! Whether he's chasing squeaky balls, flopping down dramatically when he’s tired, or wedging himself into the smallest couch crevice just to be close to you, Logan is all heart - and maybe a little chaos!

Logan loves people and dogs with zero hesitation. If you're a human, you're his new best friend! If you’re a dog, get ready for endless playtime! Logan especially enjoys having a friend who loves to run, wrestle, and tug, though he’s also done well with more relaxed dog pals.

When you come home, Logan will greet you like you're the star of your own parade. He’ll rush to find something to carry in his mouth, whether it’s his beloved squeaky yellow ball, a shoe, or even your junk mail. But don’t worry—he’s just a collector, not a destroyer.

Logan also adores kids! Due to his size and enthusiasm, however, he would be best in a home with older kiddos (7+).  He’s working on keeping his paws on the floor when meeting new people, but his enthusiasm is just too big to hide. Once the excitement wears off, Logan becomes an excellent couch companion and world-class cuddler.

Logan is one of those dogs who makes life better simply by being in it. He wakes up ready to take on the world and ends his days curled up close, making sure you know just how loved you are. If you're looking for a dog who will make you laugh, shower you with affection, and remind you every day that life is meant to be played, snuggled, and squeaked through—Logan is ready.

Logan is estimated to have been born in April 2023 and is a pit bull and lab mix. He is a walking celebration of life who is excited to share a little slobber, a lot of energy, and an endless supply of love to a family he can call his own! Submit your application for Logan, and become one step closer to living life with a squeaky ball in one hand and a new best friend by your side!

Logan’s adoption fee is $450. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.

More about this rescue

Forgotten Dogs Rescue is a volunteer and foster home based rescue organization focused on saving Pit Bull type dogs. Located in Washington State, we are a 501c3 non-profit and have been saving animals since 2011. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs who are in Washington's shelters, surrendered by their owners due to difficult circumstances or are in danger of abuse or neglect.

We save the dogs that need help the most, the dogs whose time has run out, the dogs who have lost all hope — the forgotten dogs.
