My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Magnolia is a gentle girl seeking love and security. Rescued alongside her precious kittens, Magnolia has fulfilled her maternal duties, watching her little ones find their forever homes while patiently awaiting her own.

Magnolia may be a bit reserved at first, but once she senses your kindness, she reveals her affectionate nature through soft purrs and gentle nudges. She loves to be brushed and will let you know with soft mews that she doesn’t want you to stop! Her favorite spot is in the cat tree looking out the window watching the squirrels and birds. When the weather is warm, you will find her on the porch, snoozing in a spot of sun.

Having seen her kittens off to loving homes, Magnolia now longs for a place to call her own, where she can be the center of attention and receive the undivided affection she so readily gives. Could you be the one to offer Magnolia the tranquility and love she deserves? Open your heart and home to this sweet, shy girl, and watch as she blooms into the cherished companion you've always dreamed of. Adopt Magnolia today and let her fill your life with warmth and purrs! For more information or to apply to adopt please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

More about this rescue

Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
