My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I'm Cheddar Hillshire, and I'm here to tell you a little bit about myself!

I may have a bit of a unique name, but don't let that fool you-I'm just your typical, lovable pup looking for my forever home. I'm not entirely sure about my breed mix, but some say I might be part Border Collie and part German Shorthaired Pointer. Whatever the case, I'm a spayed lady who's all caught up on my vaccines.

Now, I've had a bit of a rough time with heartworm, but don't worry! Once you bring me home, those pesky heartworms will be a thing of the past. The folks here have promised to cover all the treatment costs, so you won't have to worry about a thing.

Since being in my foster home, I've really started to come out of my shell. I used to be a bit shy, but now I'm as friendly as can be! I love people and other dogs alike, and I've been told I'm quite the social butterfly.

Walking on a leash used to be a bit of a challenge for me, but I've been working hard and getting better every day. And guess what? I've even mastered the art of sleeping in bed with my foster family-I just can't resist a cozy spot!

If you're looking for a sweet and affectionate companion who's ready to bring some love and joy into your life, look no further. I can't wait to meet my forever family and start our adventures together!
