Jack is a fun-loving young guy with lots of energy and sass. He is an approximately six-year-old Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua (best guess!) mix. Jack is friendly and outgoing and would love to meet you. He has an energetic and fun personality. Jack loves toys and treats and gets along with other dogs, both big and small. His favorite game is fetch, and he also enjoys showing off his "sit" command for a treat. Jack would love to learn more tricks and training with his forever family! Jack is leash-trained and would love to go on a walk with you; he's a great little walker and has lots of stamina. Jack has been in rescue with Frosted Faces for quite a few years and we really want to find him his perfect forever fit. He would do best in a patient home that will provide him lots of activity and love. No kids, please! Would you like to meet Jack? He would love to meet YOU! Adoption fees are dependent on the age and breed of the animal as well as monthly or seasonal promotions. Please inquire directly as to fee of any animal you're interested in. We do require meet & greets and adopter to be present in person and provide valid id.

More about this rescue

"Chi Town" is short for "Chihuahua Town," which is our nick-name because we found that the majority of animals we were rescuing happened to be Chihuahuas and literally have a little “town” comprised of Chihuahuas! Chihuahuas are one of the most over-bred dogs in Arizona and unfortunately many end up in need of rescue. However, we are not limited to saving just Chihuahas, we do save other breeds dependent on availability of space. Chi Town also specializes in rescuing dogs who require a little extra TLC and are at risk of euthanasia at county shelters. These dogs may not be doing well for a variety of reasons- fear, fear aggression, anxiety, or a medical issue to name a few. These are the dogs that typically have no other outlet and for which time is of the essence . After our dogs are medically cleared and/or their behavioral issues have improved, they are available for adoption.

Please be aware that we do our very best to answer all questions in a timely manner.
