My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Suki!

Suki is a beautiful 13 year old shepherd mix that weighs 55 lbs. She was adopted 12 years ago as a young pup, and sadly, now needs a new home for her golden years due to changes in her family.

Suki is a sweet, well-mannered lady who knows how to sit, shake, and not beg at the table. As is common for senior dogs, Suki is hearing impaired and takes a daily chewable supplement for arthritis. She still enjoys going for walks up to a mile and wears a Gentle Leader harness. Suki naps frequently and loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys hanging out near her family but is also content on her own.

Suki is great with people. With careful introductions and 10-20 minutes to feel comfortable, she also does well with other dogs.

If you have a spot in your heart for a low-key senior, please consider adopting Suki! Contact Gene and Gayle at 858-663-7237 or bluebug789@gmail.com with questions.
