Scully came to us after not having the best beginning in life. He cautious, but also passionate about those who are kind and gentle to him. His loyalty to that subject and the humans he loves is undeniable.
We have a belief system within that the overlooked special dogs, that are often deemed scared/cautious by society are the ones that show us how to paint the rainbow to a better ending.
Sully has some leash tendencies of insecurities and we are doing everything possible to set this beautiful boy up with a successful foundation of a bright, and healthy future with his Forever family.
He's also, if you haven't guessed it, a lap dog of the heart. Scully is one that bonds and loves hard, he also thrives with learning new things, as he's very food motivated which makes new adventures all the more fun to become acquainted with. Scully is looking for humans as dedicated to making the world a better place as he. Humans with conviction in their stride, patience, understanding and passionate courage in their hearts. He's that's magical beautiful dog awaiting his Forever after with humans worthy of that power.
Scully is not in the main public section of the shelter, so be sure to ask for him by name if you come to visit him!
