My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Granger is a male chihuahua mix born 10/2023. He is neutered, microchipped & current on age appropriate vaccines. He weighs around 8lbs.

Look at those ears! Granger is all puppy - he loves to play with other dogs, toys & burrow himself into a comfy blanket/bed. He will need all of his puppy training including potty training (he seems to pee/poop in the same area currently, so he is learning the idea of potty training). He has the cutest overbite & has the sweetest temperament. He loves all sized humans, dogs & we can only assume cats with a proper intro.

Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com & you will be contacted within 48hrs if your application fits his current needs.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
