My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, my name is McDreamy and I was recently taken into the rescue from a local shelter. There were four buns that were running together in a local town and were lucky enough to be captured and brought to that shelter until rescue placement was found. All four of us found our way into different rescues with me finding my way here.

I am a gorgeous and silly boy who loves to run and play and then will do a huge side flop to rest and relax. I have wonderful litterbox habits and now the search begins for me to find my forever home. I can be slightly shy when you first meet me but if you offer me a treat or two, I warm right up to you. I am about a year of age and weigh 6 lbs and I am full grown. I have been neutered and vaccinated against RHDV. I may be a great bonding candidate for any spayed females searching for a mate since I am used to other buns.

I am eating a proper diet of Oxbow adult rabbit pellets, lots of timothy hay and a big bowl of fresh water plus my daily salad of things like romaine, parsley, carrot tops and dandelion greens. Plus please do not forget my weekly treats and that can be small pieces of banana, apple and even blueberries.

Would you consider opening your heart and home to a sweet guy like me?

More about this rescue

After fostering for over 20 years I decided it was time to open my own rescue. Bunnies are intelligent caring sensitive creatures who blossom in the right environment. They have much more spunk and personality than most people realize . You will be a convert once you have the chance to experience first hand how wonderful a compainon they can be.
