My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rollo came to us from a hoarding situation. Surprisingly, he is as sweet and friendly as can be. He loves to get on people's shoulders and will do "drive-by" head bunts and kisses. He will be a large cat when grown. Rollo is playful and needs either a buddy or small cat-friendly dog to play with. He knows no strangers and will happily greet newcomers into his sphere.

Rollo has been neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, had his first shots, and dewormed and deflead. He is ready to go to his loving new home.

Rollo would do well with any kind of home, from singles to doubles to a family.

An application, landlord approval if renting, either a video or in person safety homecheck, and adoption fee are required.

Discount to seniors, military/veterans, and with proof of disability.

Indoor only unless on leash, in a catio, or directly supervised in a fenced yard.

More about this rescue

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
