My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Cher: Your New Feline Friend!

Name: Cher
DOB: September 9, 2015

Meet Cher:
Cher is a delightful feline companion who is ready to bring love and warmth into your home. This lovable lady found herself in need of a new family when her previous owner no longer had time for her. Despite the change, Cher's affectionate nature remains intact, and she's eagerly awaiting the opportunity to become the center of attention in a loving forever home.

Ideal Home:
Cher would thrive in a quiet and peaceful home environment where she can bask in the undivided attention of her human companions. As Cher is both front and back paw declawed, she would prefer a home without other pets to ensure she feels safe and comfortable. With her gentle demeanor and loving personality, Cher is sure to bring joy and companionship to her new family.

Favorite Pastimes:
Cher enjoys spending her days basking in the sunlight by the window, watching the world go by and observing the birds outside. At night, she loves nothing more than snuggling up in a warm lap, providing comfort and companionship to her humans.

How to Adopt Cher:
If you believe you have the perfect home for Cher, don't hesitate to apply online at eastshoreha.org. Once we receive your application, our dedicated staff will be in touch to arrange a personal appointment for you to meet Cher and see if she's the perfect fit for your family.

Cher is eagerly awaiting the chance to become the cherished companion of a loving family. With her sweet disposition and affectionate nature, she's sure to steal your heart from the moment you meet her. Apply to adopt Cher today and give her the loving forever home she deserves!

Additional adoption info

Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:

1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.

2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.

Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.

Adoption Requirements:

1. Have verifiable identification

2. Be at least 18 years of age

3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home

4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered

5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier

6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
