Busch’s people are moving and they need him to be rehomed. This is something they do not want to do and we promised them he would get a great new home!
He is very loving. Busch loves to go on walks and loves the park.
He is good with small dogs and loves kids and babies
Busch loves head scratches. He thinks they are the best!
Busch is a bit of an attention hog – not standoffish like some Sharpeis.
We are posting Busch as a courtesy to his people since we are very good friends with their nephew. Please help us keep our promise and get Busch into his next best home! Would do great with a small, female or dog or by himself.

Additional adoption info
If you find an animal that you are interested in, we do require that you fill out an adoption application. A home check will be done and we ask that all members of the family, animal and human, be present when we bring the new animal to your home. An adoption contract is then signed and a minimum donation is requested. Adoption donation is $350
Please note filling out an application does not guarantee an adoption. Please note we only adopt to Southern California. No out of state adoptions.
“The Adopt-A-Pet system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.”

More about this rescue
The Dawg Squad is working toward a time in Los Angeles when dogs are cared for, when all puppies find loving and generous owners. We rescue unwanted and abandoned dogs, provide them with medical care, rehabilitation and foster homes until caring, adoptive homes can be found. We spay and neuter prospective pets and educate owners about the importance of pet population control.
We make the dream come true, one dog at a time
