My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stefano!

Are you looking for a feline friend who's as charming as he is handsome? Look no further than Stefano! This dashing black short-haired cat, born on April 15, 2023, is ready to steal your heart.

Stefano arrived at the shelter with his two brothers, Sully and Sergio. While they're not a bonded trio, Stefano thrives in the company of other feline friends. He's eager to find a forever home where he can enjoy the love and companionship of both humans and cats alike.

Neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and bursting with personality, Stefano is more than ready to embark on a lifetime of love and happiness with his new family. While he may start off a bit shy, a few irresistible treats are all it takes for Stefano to warm up to you and become your fast best friend!

Don't miss out on the opportunity to bring this charming boy into your life. Head over to eastshoreha.org to apply online to meet Stefano. Once approved, our dedicated staff will reach out to schedule your own personal appointment to meet Stefano and welcome him into your loving home.

Don't wait! Stefano is eager to meet you and begin his new life filled with love and joy. Apply today and make Stefano a part of your family!

Additional adoption info

Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:

1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.

2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.

Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.

Adoption Requirements:

1. Have verifiable identification

2. Be at least 18 years of age

3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home

4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered

5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier

6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
