Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Some dogs make life feel calmer just by being near you. Layla is one of those dogs. Layla is a gentle, well-mannered girl who already knows how to live in a home. She’s housebroken, polite, and settles easily into a routine — the kind of companion who walks beside you, greets visitors kindly, and then finds a sunny spot to relax.
She has been described as social, playful, and interactive with other dogs during play groups here. Layla enjoys treats (always taken gently), knows her basics like sit and shake, and greets her people with soft affection and kisses.
She has a playful side too — squeaky toys, rope toys, and time in the sunshine are some of her favorite simple joys. Even bath time is no trouble for Layla — she calmly hops into the tub and takes it all in stride.
Layla isn’t looking for excitement. She’s looking for home.
• 7 years old • 85 lbs • Housebroken & crate trained • Cat-friendly in a prior home • Loving, polite, and steady
