Meet Cassidy!

Cassidy is around a year old DSH brown tabby. She is up-to-date on vaccinations, house-trained, microchipped and spayed.

Cassidy was found as a stray but boy is she friendly! It will take her a little while to get used to a new home but in her foster home she loves hanging around her people and being where the action's at. She is as playful as a young kitten and is curious about everything! Belly rubs are especially her favourite. She gets along with other cats, dogs, you name it.

We ask the potential adopters go through the application and screening process prior to setting up meet and greets with our pets to make sure they are a good fit for you and vice versa

More about this rescue

We are a volunteer-based, donation-only service that provides adoption services for people who are looking for a new furry addition to their family. We also provide non-judgemental, supportive help for people who are surrendering their companion animals.

We provide free advice and suggestions to people who are experiencing issues with their pets, including but not limited to behavioural issues, training advice, surrender help, and much more: spay/neuter education, advice and referrals.

We have a screening process that includes an application, telephone screen and a virtual home visit to make sure the people are "as good as they sound on the phone". We also contact their vet and do a reference check.

We are committed to helping people find homes for their pets because we care about our community and love animals.
