Chico earned 10/10 in a recent short-term foster stint: -Completely housetrained. (Bladder of steel!) -Walks well on lead. -Knows sit, shake, down, and responds to his name. -Gets along with everyone he meets. -Happy to be at your side at home or at the office. -Sleeps like a rock through the night. (If you`re nearby.) -LOVES other dogs! (Plays rough, but always plays fair.) -Enthusiastic towards cats (Though resident cat did not reciprocate.)
Potential adopters should be prepared to know that he bonds fast and hard, so he is always under toe.
Whether watching you cook eggs, listening to you practice the piano, or helping you match socks: Chico is up for the job!

The Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC), proudly operated by the Montgomery County Office of Animal Services, provides high-standard sheltering and care to the homeless, abused, and neglected animals in Montgomery County and ensures the safety and welfare of the county’s citizens.
The Center’s doors are open to all animals in need from: dogs and cats to farm animals, wildlife, and exotics. Trained staff provide animals with daily care, mental and physical enrichment, health and wellness checks, and more. Through adoptions, spay and neuter assistance, vaccination clinics, education and outreach, the Center serves as a critical community resource to promote and advocate for responsible pet care. With community support and partnerships with other animal-welfare groups, our Foster, Rescue and Volunteer programs enhance and save the lives of even more homeless animals.
