24yo Thoroughbred gelding. Companion only.

Chester was owned by the same family his whole life. He competed in English shows through a lease program, but returned home once that chapter ended. He has lived both alone and with other pasturemates. He is currently living alone as he outlived the last of his friends a couple years ago.

Unfortunately, Chester's owner passed away six month ago and his current caretaker does not have the knowledge or resources to take on a horse, and needs to sell the property where he’s living. She is trying to find him a safe and loving place to live his life out as a companion horse.

Chester handles well on the ground and is very sweet. He is up to date on all vaccines and dental work. He does have moderate DSLD in both hind legs, but is currently managing well without pain medication.
