Meet Jackson. This sweet red and white boxer pittie mix is a 4-yr old male weighing approx. 40lbs. He was rescued off the streets of NYC just about a year ago by a guardian angel who took him in from his homeless owner. At the time, Jackson was emaciated and weak but now he is healthy, happy and strong. He has since been surrendered to the guardian, but she can no longer care for him due to health issues. Jackson needs a new home. He is an expert cuddler, very sweet, gives kisses, loves to play and to be close to you. Jackson is great with people. He can be tolerant of cats and seems to favor small to medium sized dogs. He can sometimes be dog selective so a meet and greet with any potential future canine sibling would be needed. He is neutered, microchipped and UTD on all vaccines.
If you are looking for a handsome guy to be your new best friend, Jackson just might be your man. Please contact adoptions@paws-li.org or go to our FB page or call the number listed below.
