Scrappy has been hanging out in foster since February and we have one big question: WHY?! This dopey, goofy, loveable dude is a year old, 52lbs, fully vetted, full of life, and still rocking some hilarious puppy vibes. His adoption fee is WAIVED (yep, free doggo magic 🪄), but you’ll still need to go through our adoption process.
