Meet Morticia! She is an absolute beauty! She was extracted from a local hoarding situation. When she was rescued, she was in such shock that she couldn't use her back legs. She was absolutely terrified, and it took her a while to trust humans. She was polluted with worms & covered in fleas. Morticia loves to spend her day with her people. She loves to get lots of pets, purrs loudly & is very sweet! She is a typical tortie, with her sassy attitude & her beautiful coat.

Morticia is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped and has tested negative for FIV/FELV. She was treated for ticks, fleas and worms.

Morticia is kid friendly, other cat friendly and dog friendly.

We offer an online adoption application at www.castwaycritters.org. We do check references, vet references, and housechecks. Once you are approved, you will be required to fill out an adoption agreement. Our animals have all been wormed, altered and vaccinated. Cats have been tested for FIV/FeLV. All of our animals are in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting them. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit rescue group that takes in stray, abandoned, and sick animals, giving them medical and foster care until available for adoption. We offer low cost spay/neuter clinics to the public and a special program called Operation CatNIP for pet cats of low income qualified individuals and feral cats, and assist in TNR for cats.
