2/7/26 Ruger is a large European Doberman with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He’s an affectionate and loving companion. He adores people and is fully trained on both an e-collar and leash. Ruger is comfortable with both male and female handlers and thrives in a home where he is the sole pet, as he craves undivided attention.
Despite his size, Ruger is incredibly gentle and well-mannered. He is housebroken, does not engage in destructive behavior, and can be trusted to roam freely indoors. On walks, he remains calm and non-reactive on a leash. However, his one weakness is fireworks—when they go off, he seeks comfort from his handler.
Outside, Ruger is full of joy, often breaking into his signature “wiggle-runs” with a big, happy grin. He’s the definition of a gentle giant, always ready for playtime, affection, and endless belly rubs. With his loving nature, he would be a perfect fit for any household looking for a loyal, affectionate, and playful companion.
