Meet Rusty! At just 2.5 years old, Rusty is a joyful, social, and energetic pug who's never met a stranger. He adores people of all ages, especially kids, and has a natural charm that wins hearts wherever he goes. With his playful spirit and easygoing personality, Rusty could be everyone’s best friend!

Rusty is a total pro on leash and loves outings, playtime with other dogs, and all the attention you’re willing to give. He hasn’t met any cats yet, but based on his temperament, we think he’d adjust just fine with a proper introduction.

Rusty does have some medical considerations to keep in mind. He has a history of urinary issues, so he’ll need to stay on a prescription urinary diet for life and have plenty of potty breaks to keep him feeling his best. He also has a few orthopedic quirks, luxating patellas, mild hip dysplasia, and some lumbar narrowing, but these are currently asymptomatic. They may require intervention down the line, but for now, he’s keeping up just fine with his happy-go-lucky lifestyle.
