Meet Copper!
Copper is a 7.5-year-old, 65lb redbone coonhound mix who loves squeaky toys, long walks, and cuddling on the couch.
There’s so many reasons to love Copper, let us tell you about them! This handsome man is potty trained, crate trained (goes in when asked & rests quietly till you return) and knows commands.
Copper's ideal match would be a family who would play fetch and take him on regular walks, let him plop next to them for belly rubs & cuddles and would spoil him with toys and kongs! Copper would thrive in a home with a yard where he can play and explore.
He’s not like your typical hound- sniffing isn’t his main focus and he quickly comes when called! He’s also a controlled barker, only letting out a howl when he’s got something real important to share!
Not to mention- he loves other dogs, big and small! This adorable goofball is looking for his furever family, maybe that could be you!
Copper is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. His adoption fee is $125.00.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
