Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tabitha, a sweet and gentle 9-month-old girl who was found with her siblings at the home of an elderly couple.
Tabitha is on the shy side and prefers a calm, patient approach. While she may not be a fan of being picked up, she’ll gladly accept gentle pets once she feels safe. She’s especially relaxed around other cats and kittens, often found lounging peacefully in the cat tree. She’d make a wonderful companion for another calm cat who could help bring out her confidence.
Her brother Sammy is also available for adoption at Kitty Brew if you're looking for a bonded pair!
Tabitha gets along well with other cats and would likely do fine with a calm, respectful dog. A quiet home without small children would be ideal, as loud noises and fast movements can make her nervous.
She’s currently healthy and playful, though she did test positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). She does not show any symptoms.
Tabitha prefers dry food and isn’t too interested in wet food. With time and patience, she’ll become a loyal, low-maintenance companion—especially for another mellow kitty looking for a friend.
Please consider giving this sweet girl the safe, loving home she deserves.
All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.
