Aliya is a beautiful and affectionate one-year-old Klee Kai/Husky mix who currently weighs 37.5 pounds. She’s the perfect balance of playful and peaceful—always ready for an adventure but just as happy to curl up for a cuddle at the end of the day. With her striking looks and loving nature, Aliya turns heads wherever she goes.
This active girl loves long walks, running, and romping in the yard, with a fenced space being the best fit since she’s quick and curious. One of her favorite outings is splashing through the fountain in Uptown Circle, showing off her joyful and spirited personality. She’s great with toys, enjoys fetch, and will even keep herself entertained with solo play when her people are busy.
Aliya is house trained, does well in her crate, and currently sleeps contentedly crated in her foster’s bedroom. She’s wonderful with other dogs—big or small—but is happiest around her people. She has done beautifully with children and, while she hasn’t had much time with toddlers, her calm and gentle demeanor suggests she’ll thrive with kids of all ages. Cats, however, aren’t the best match for her since she tends to test their boundaries.
Sweet, polite, and full of personality, Aliya quickly makes friends wherever she goes. She’ll greet her favorite people with soft chin kisses and playful little nibbles, and her affectionate loyalty shines through in everything she does. Her future family will be incredibly lucky to call her their own.
Her minimum adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
