Jessie is a 2-year-old, 24-pound bundle of joy with a big personality. She’s playful, silly, and full of love, freely giving out kisses to everyone she meets! Jessie has a zest for life and absolutely adores her daily walks, puzzle toys, and of course, sniffing every tree she can find! After some activity, she’s the best cuddler and will happily curl up with you for some snuggle time.

Jessie is super smart, food-motivated, and loves learning new things. She’d thrive with someone who enjoys engaging her with walks, games, or training. She’s friendly with people and dogs alike.

Jessie does pull a little on leash, but with her love of treats she’s very trainable. She has a strong “sniffer’s nose,” so she’ll need to stay on leash or be in a secure fenced area when outside.

At night, Jessie sleeps well in her crate or in bed with her humans. She enjoys chew and puzzle toys (they keep her busy and happy!) Jessie has shown some separation anxiety and is working on learning to be home alone. She is making progress and settling easier.

Jessie’s ideal home would be with an active family or individual who loves both adventure and cuddle time. She would prefer someone home a lot to minimize her time alone. She’ll bring endless laughter, companionship, and love to whoever is lucky enough to adopt her!
