Meet Fern — the queen of cuddles and queen of zoomies!
This sweet, spunky girl is the perfect mix of playful energy and snuggly charm. Fern loves her walks, thrives on playtime, and will happily claim every cuddle you’re willing to offer (and then some). If you're searching for a mid-sized pup who brings laughter, joy, and blanket burrowing into your life, Fern is your girl! She’s searching for her forever family—but also needs a loving foster home in the meantime!
Fern is a social butterfly and a home with another playful dog is a must! She’s happiest when she has a best friend to run with, wrestle, and chase squeaky toys around the yard. After a good play session, she’ll be ready for some serious snuggle time; she’s not shy about curling up close and demanding her share of love!
This incredible and affectionate girl is also crate-trained, potty trained, and always eager to learn new things. Got treats and praise? Fern is all in! She’s a smart cookie who loves working on new skills and will happily show off for a snack.
An active lifestyle is a great match for Fern. She’s athletic, loves to run off leash, and zips around like the wind. She also enjoys long sniffy walks and any adventure that gets her out and moving. Once she’s had her exercise, Fern is content to settle in with a cozy blanket or a fun puzzle toy. (Her nickname is Darth Blanket because of her signature move: burrowing under the covers for a nap.)
Fern is ready to find her forever family and if you’ve got a playful pup and a blanket or two, she just might be ready to find it with you.
Fern is estimated to have been born in August 2023 and weighs 35 lbs. We believe she could be a Pit Bull mix, but we don't know her breed for sure. She can’t wait to show you how much you’ll mean to her. She’s a super sweetie and love just oozes out of her!
Fern’s adoption fee is $450 and she is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped prior. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider applications from families with children under 5 years old.
