Jolene was rescued alongside her sisters, Dolly and Clementine, from a shelter in Oklahoma—just one day before they were scheduled to be euthanized. While her sisters have since found their forever homes, Jolene is still waiting for hers.
She may come off as shy at first, but don’t let that fool you—Jolene is incredibly friendly with people, dogs, and other animals. Once she warms up, her affectionate, joyful nature shines through.
One of her most amazing traits? Perfect recall. No matter what she’s doing, Jolene will turn and come when called—no training needed. It’s just who she is: loyal, eager to please, and deeply connected to her people.
