Larry shines brightest as the only pet in the home, but he can do well with a confident, calm alpha dog who keeps things running smoothly. He came into rescue very underweight, so he can be protective of his food around other dogs—but he’s perfectly polite with his humans at mealtime.

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
