Mr. Otis is a friendly and affectionate gentleman who loves nothing more than getting pets and attention from his people. He’s outgoing, sweet, and always ready to make a new friend—whether human or canine! On walks, he can be a strong puller, so he’ll do best with someone who can give him guidance and gentle training. With a little patience and lots of love, Mr. Otis will be a loyal and devoted companion who’s always happy to share his heart (and snuggles) with his family.
You can meet him daily between the hours of 12-6pm. For more information please email adoptions@caspca.org

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
