My name is Sadie!

Animal Profile: Sadie is playfull and affectionate, young 40lb cattle dog/pit mix who is about to turn a year old in December 2025.  Her mother was rescued from New Mexico when she was pregnant and brought to Washington to birth her puppies in a private home.  

Foster Update: Sadie is an active, eager young pup. She will do best in a home with a fenced yard with room to blow off steam and/or with an active person looking for their ride or die.  Sadie is great with other dogs big and small and currently lives with a cat she has learned to respect.  Sadie is naturally obedient/eager to please and enjoys being busy.  She is crate trained/potty trained and loves being on the go with her person.  She can be a little uncertain when meeting new people but is VERY food motivated and is fast friends with anyone willing to give her attention and treats. Adoption Info: The adoption fee is $575 which includes her spay, core vaccinations,  DPPV, Bordetella, microchip, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization.
