Rayne is an 18-month-old Bully mix with a heart as big as anything — and she’s looking for her perfect match! This stunning girl is deeply affectionate, smart as a whip, and ready to be someone’s whole world.
She loves her people hard. She bonds quickly and will be your faithful shadow, adventure buddy, and snuggle supervisor. She thrives on connection and truly shines in a one-on-one relationship—think of her as the canine version of a ride-or-die best friend.
She’s still young and learning, but she’s already making great strides with her training. Rayne is working hard to channel her excitement into good-girl energy. She’s learning to walk nicely on leash and discovering the joys of daily walks.
What Rayne needs most is a peaceful, pet-free home where she can be the star of the show. While she coexists calmly on walks and behind baby gates with other dogs, she prefers not to share her living space or her people. Cats and critters? Also a no-thanks from Rayne. But give her consistency and patience, and this girl will give you the most loyal, loving companionship in return.
If you’re the kind of person who believes in second chances and soul-dog connections, Rayne might just be the one you’ve been waiting for.
🩵 Only pet however she gets along with dogs just fine outside of her home 🩵 Daily walks + continued training = happy Rayne 🩵 Devoted, silly, sensitive, and SO worth it
Let Rayne bring a little sunshine to your world.

More about this rescue
PAWS is comprised of a small group of volunteers from New England and Tennessee trying to reduce the euthanization rate (previously 90%) at the Tipton County Animal Control shelter in Brighton, Tennessee. This shelter is forced to euthanize thousands of animals each year due to irresponsible pet owners that do not spay/ neuter their dogs in the area. Millions of dogs in America are euthanized each year due to lack of space and lack of funding to try and find them better homes.
Our mission is to save as many animals as possible, removing them from the shelter, having their veterinary needs met prior to traveling and then finding them loving homes throughout New England. We do this only with the assistance of many people volunteering their time by going to the shelter, transporting the dogs to the vet, fostering dogs who need special care, and arranging for their new and happy homes in this area. Most importantly, we cannot do any of this without those people willing to open their homes and hearts to these lovely creatures.
