Meet Bear. This sweet, social, 12-year-old gentleman is looking for the perfect home to spend his golden years. Bear is a large mixed breed weighing approx. 50lbs. He was surrendered by his people because they were moving, and Bear was not welcomed to move with them ☹ He is slightly underweight and originally showed signs of neglect. Thankfully we were able to find a wonderful, temporary home for him, but he needs a place and people to call his own. Bear has no idea he is 12 and we are not telling him. He loves to play and run around; enjoys his walks but he also loves a movie and to nap with his stuffed animals. He loves puzzle toys and treats 😊. This guy really just loves life. He has really come out of his shell, now that he’s safe and well cared for. He’s good with kids, good with cats and friendly with familiar dogs.
We'd love to see Bear spend his final years in a comfy and calm environment. If you think you are the right home for this deserving guy, please contact adoptions@paws-li.org or go to our FB page or call the number listed below.
