My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Winnie is a beautiful, floofy girl with a gentle soul. She may be a little shy at first, but with a bit of patience and kindness, she’ll soon warm up and show you just how sweet she really is. Once she trusts you, Winnie adores being brushed, leans into head rubs, and will happily roll over for those irresistible belly rubs. She has the world’s softest belly!

A true role model, Winnie even passed down her signature otter-style lounging to her daughter, Kitsilana! She’s a low-maintenance, easygoing cat who loves to spend time with her humans, whether it’s quietly keeping you company or curling up beside you to watch TV.

Winnie enjoys her naps (and takes plenty of them), making her the perfect chill housemate. She doesn’t ask for much, just a loving home, cozy spots to sleep, and gentle affection from her favourite people. If you’re looking for a sweet, relaxed, and beautiful companion who will reward your patience with loyalty and love, Winnie might be the one for you.

Must adopt with Kitsilana.

More about this rescue

VOKRA’s mission is to end cat overpopulation and homelessness. We rescue, heal, then place cats - first in our network of foster homes, then in carefully matched, loving, forever homes. We are a passionate, volunteer-driven charity with extensive cat care experience. We believe that no kill is the only responsible approach to rescue, that Trap-Neuter-Return works and that cats are AWESOME!
