IN NEED OF LOCAL FOSTER OR ADOPTER / AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT
Meet Skunk! https://youtu.be/56jQUlc0qcI
Skunk is 5 years old, male (approx. DOB 6-4-20), 50 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered and micro-chipped. He was found homeless, abandoned, very thin, sores, dragging a chain, and running in and out of traffic. At the shelter, he was very sweet for his exam and very tolerant with loose body language. This sweet, floppy-eared cutie is as gentle as they come. Skunk is tolerant, calm, and loves making new friends—especially if cheese is involved! He’s affectionate, easy-going, and always ready to brighten your day. If you're looking for a laid-back pup with a heart of gold (and a nose for snacks), Skunk is your pup! And the ears........floppy and oh, so cute and expressive! Skunk is very outgoing, happy, good with other dogs (wants to play), has low to medium-energy) and gives kisses! No cats please, they are too fun to chase! Stay tuned for more information as Skunk is a new rescue!
If you are interested in adopting Skunk please fill out an Application at www.Passion-4-Paws.org (please make sure you have the Vermont site not CT) - thanks!
Please note Fosters have 1st option of Adoption.
Check out his Facebook page (please "Like" us while you are there)!
Disclosure: Breed labels are often incorrect: we rarely know the genetic lineage of the dogs we rescue. Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog’s DNA determines appearance! Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as “dog friendly” and “child friendly” should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.
