My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Olivia, a lively young female dog with a love for fun and companionship! Olivia is happiest when she`s playing with other dogs, and she`s on the lookout for a doggy friend who can match her playful energy and enthusiasm. Whether it`s a game of chase or a friendly wrestling match, Olivia`s ideal day includes plenty of time to romp and play with her furry pals.

She’d thrive in a home with another playful dog who shares her zest for life.

If you`re looking for a playful companion for your current dog, Olivia is ready to be the perfect playmate. She`s eager to find a forever home where she can share her love of fun and friendship. Adopt Olivia today and let the good times roll!

More about this shelter

The City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department’s mission is to protect and serve the pets and people of Albuquerque by providing Caregiving, Awareness, Resources, Enforcement and Service excellence.

AWD is always in need of foster homes for our pets who need time to grow, recovery from illness or injury or in need of a break from the shelter. Foster homes increase our capacity to provide services to homeless pets in our community. If you would like to donate toys, towels and milk-bones are always in need. Volunteer opportunities are also available at our shelters.
