Tootsie would make someone a wonderful companion. He is calm and mellow, walks well on leash, knows sit and is quite the friendly guy. He has made human and dog friends while at the shelter. Tootsie loves his walks, is quite affectionate and seems ok with other friendly dogs. He had a female play friend here at the shelter but unfortunately for him (but good for her!) she got adopted so he`s looking for a new friend and a forever home with a loving human. Come meet Tootsie at the eastside shelter.

AWD is always in need of foster homes for our pets who need time to grow, recovery from illness or injury or in need of a break from the shelter. Foster homes increase our capacity to provide services to homeless pets in our community. If you would like to donate toys, towels and milk-bones are always in need. Volunteer opportunities are also available at our shelters.
