Here's what the humans have to say about me:
WINNIE is in New England and is available for meet and greets with approved applicants!
WINNIE is a 4 year-old girl who absolutely loves life! WINNIE was adopted to a family as a puppy but due to a lifestyle change, she came back to us.
WINNIE is fully house-trained and is crate trained and goes right in when she is told without making a peep. She is constantly smiling, wagging her tail and likes to “lean on” her foster when she is looking for some lovings. WINNIE did not have any canine family members in her previous home and she absolutely loves having doggy roommates.
Without previous experience living with other dogs, WINNIE is always looking to play. She may need redirection when other dogs are looking to snooze, but she does very well when she is told to settle down. She is a huge fan of toys, often taking them out one at a time to prance around like a victory dance!
WINNIE is a very special girl who absolutely loves people and is always up for adventures and play. When it is time to settle in, she obediently goes in her crate or snuggles up to her person for loves.

Most of our Meets are done virtually due to Covid as well as successful adopters are often geographically distanced. Fosters and potential adopters arrange "Facetime" meetings.

More about this rescue
A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.
ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
We are a brand new organization and welcome donations!
