Meet Danny Waffles! 🛋💙
Danny Waffles is a 2-year-old Blue Pit with the sweetest personality and the silliest name. His absolute favorite thing in the world? Couch naps and cuddles! If you’re looking for a loyal snuggle buddy who doubles as the best binge-watching partner, this boy is your guy.
Danny Waffles is:

He’s a strong, muscular pup who’s still a little puppy-like in his excitement—sometimes mouthy in a playful, “look at me!” kind of way. Because of this, he might do best in an adult-only home without cats or small children, or with a human who is knowledgeable about slow introduction with other dogs, cat and kid testing.
Danny can be selective with other dogs, likely due to not being well socialized when he was younger. With slow introductions and the right environment, he may warm up to another dog in time—but for now, he’d thrive as your one-and-only best friend.
One funny quirk: Danny Waffles takes his job of “diesel truck inspector” very seriously. Buses, delivery trucks, or anything with a rumbling engine definitely catch his attention, and he’ll pull to investigate.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

• Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

2.
Interview

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

3.
Home Check

We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.

Or we help arrange private (or volunteer) transport for your pet if adopter isn’t in our local area.

Additional adoption info

We are all volunteers, but we try to have all applications processed in 7 business days.. If you are approved, then we will send you an adoption contract and transport information. Payment must be made once contract is finalized.
We try to answer all inquiries. If you are interested in a pet the best way to meet that pet is FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Since we are all volunteers, applicants must be approved before a meet/greet.
