Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*Woof* I`m in a foster home! Please email my foster parent to meet me: lbichakjian@icloud.com
Daphne`s foster caregivers are so happy to have her and report that she`s phenomenal. She loves to cuddle.
In Greek mythology Daphne is a female nymph associated with fountains, wells, springs, streams, brooks. Our Daphne here is a spring of joy and happiness. Oh, and she has a spring in her step, too -- a big one!
When Daphne arrived the first thing she did was place her beautiful head onto our laps and give us those pleading puppy dog eyes. Without a doubt, she is a total flirt! Then we took her for a walk, and she bounced with happiness!
This girl can work a crowd, and everyone falls in love with her. She is smart, cute, wonderful - the list goes on! She would love to be in a home where she gets oodles of love. Do you need a spring of happiness and a well of joy in your life? She is waiting to be both!

More about this shelter
At the Humane Rescue Alliance, we honor more than 150 years of commitment to protecting animals, supporting families, and advocating for positive change to create a world where all animals can thrive. HRA serves as a national leader and local champion for all animals.
With a people-focused, community-based approach, we treat every animal as an individual and emphasize specialized care for both animals and their families. Through our two campuses in the District of Columbia and New Jersey, we are the largest animal services provider in our region – touching the lives of tens of thousands of animals annually through direct rescue, care, and community-based services. Our teams find solutions to both small and big problems, from providing direct care to an animal in crisis to tackling systemic barriers to affordable, pet-friendly housing.
