UPDATE:
Our vet believes that Noodle was born without fully developed eyelids. He does not seem in pain, has normal vision and does not need eye drops. He is coming out of his shell and gets around just fine!
--------------------------
Beautiful Noodle has unfortunately spent most of his short life in the loud, scary, and often chaotic environment of a shelter. He is understandably nervous and shy as he adjusts to a loving foster home for the first time, and will take some time to get used to being pet and loved. He has already discovered that he loves belly rubs!
Noodle also will be treated for a probable case of entropion, an eyelid condition which is irritating and often painful. With surgery, entropion can be corrected and should cause no further issues.
Please watch this post and our Facebook page for updates on this sweet boy as we take care of his medical needs. Pre-adoption applications are being accepted now.
Est. DOB: April 2025
WE ONLY ADOPT LOCALLY WITHIN A 2 HOUR RADIUS OF THE TRICOUNTY AREA. ***Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard to place animals.
If the cat is under the age of 1 year old or has heath issues, a vet reference is required, which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name.
Adoption fee of $140 covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, FIV/FELV test and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.
We only do adoptions on Saturday, and not all animals are able to attend. So if you would like to see a specific animal, please let us know so that we can make arrangements for it to be present at the event. Event locations do vary, so please check the homepage to find out where we will be this week. Please do not ask us to reduce adoption fees, since all fees help us to cover medical expenses for all of our animals, some of which can be very expensive. Saving lives is not cheap, so thank you for your understanding and helping us save as many as possible.
Please email lowcountryanimalrescue@ymail.com for an application.
