🐾 Meet Luke – A Loyal, Loving Companion in the Making! 🐾
Luke is a beautiful, big-hearted boy with a mellow soul and a strong, intelligent presence. This 2–4 year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix weighs about 70 lbs and is ready to find his forever home! He’s incredibly affectionate, loves being by your side, and has that classic shepherd loyalty.
He’s still getting used to indoor life — he may have never lived in a house before — but he’s learning fast and thriving in foster care.
✨ Luke at a glance:
* 🐶 Male | 2–4 years old | 70 lbs
* ✂️ Neutered and crate trained
* 🧠 Extremely intelligent and quick to learn
* 🐕 Dog-friendly – no small dogs
* 🐾 Unknown with cats or small children
* 🚶♂️ Walks well on leash
* 🚗 Rides well in the car
* 🍖 Loves food, soft toys, marrow bones, tug-of-war, and pets
* 🧹 Sound sensitive – barks at mechanical noises like the dishwasher and vacuum, but doesn't panic
* 🎆 Fireworks make him seek a quiet spot like the bathtub, but he handles them calmly
* 🛡️ Will make a good watch dog
Luke is laid-back, loving, and eager to bond. He hasn’t had formal training but is incredibly smart and receptive. He needs a home with someone experienced in shepherds or working breeds who can offer structure, patience, and love.

We require all animals to meet current resident animals and for there to be a 1-3 night overnight trial period. Following this, if the dog is a good fit, we will fill out adoption forms.
