My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Koda – Big Pup, Bigger Heart

Koda is a 6-month-old, sturdy, strong puppy with a gentle soul and an endless supply of love to give. Found as a stray on 9/26, he wasted no time showing everyone that beneath his big paws and growing frame is a happy, affectionate boy who truly adores people.

Koda is pure puppy joy. He greets you like he’s known you forever, wiggles with excitement, and carries himself with a sweet confidence that makes you smile instantly. Curious and playful, he’s eager to explore the world and even more eager to be part of whatever you’re doing.

Koda was recently returned simply for being a puppy — which means he’s still learning his manners and needs what all young dogs need: structure, consistency, and guidance. He’s a big, growing pup who doesn’t always realize his size yet, so he’d do best in a home with children 8 years and older who can help reinforce boundaries.

He’ll need to be crated when you’re not home, which will help him continue building good habits and set him up for success. With routine and positive training, Koda has all the ingredients to grow into an incredible adult dog — loyal, loving, and deeply bonded to his people.

If you’re ready for the adventure, laughter, and reward that come with raising a young dog, Koda is ready to give you his whole heart.
