🐾 Meet Daxx!
Daxx is a gentle, sensitive soul who’s slowly coming out of his shell and showing more of his sweet personality every day. He’s learning that people are kind, and he’s already following his foster around and sleeping close by for comfort. 💛
🍽️ He’s not crazy about his kibble yet, but he’ll eat with a little encouragement — a splash of warm water or broth helps!
🏠 He prefers open metal crates where he can see what’s happening; dark, enclosed spaces still make him a bit nervous.
🤍 He’s very gentle and allows his foster to pick him up, calming quickly once he’s held.
🐕 Daxx is slowly building confidence and starting to explore more each day.
😴 He loves to rest near his person and just be close.
🐾 Potty training is going well! He knows the super yummy treats are for doing something good outside — he just hasn’t quite connected it to going yet.
🐈 He could do well in a home with a cat if introductions are done slowly and properly.
🐶 Daxx would love to be in a home with another dog. He follows his foster sibling everywhere and loves to sleep beside him. Having another calm, confident dog helps him feel safe and supported.
Daxx hasn’t quite asked for pets yet, but he’s clearly a very sweet boy who’s learning to trust. With a little patience and love, he’ll continue to blossom into a loyal, loving companion. 🌼
