Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bandit is a sweetheart of a boy who just wants to be loved. He is a calmer dog who has hit the age that he is content to be with you. Bandit has been with the rescue for almost 2.5 years. He is a GSD/Mal/Cattle Dog mix from our best guess. Take the best personality traits from each of those breeds and you have a Bandit who will steal your heart with his soulful eyes and gentle disposition. Bandit gets along with other dogs. We have not seen any agression to cats or other animals. He is gentle with children. Bandit would like nothing more than to shadow you everywhere.

More about this rescue
Founded in 2005, we are a volunteer home-based rescue group run by dedicated volunteers. Our dogs live in volunteer homes as family members with the same love, care and attention they would receive in an adoptive home.
We provide training, socialization, vet care and evaluation for all of the dogs in our care. All of our dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
GSDRI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization licensed by the state of Iowa.
